Computer Aided Legal Practice

Acting as lead discovery and trial lawyer in major litigation involving large electronic document collections, guiding clients in cost-effective methods for collection, review, analysis and presentation of electronically stored information.  Advising other lawyers in planning and conducting electronic discovery, selecting and acting as liaison with e-discovery service providers, resolving electronic discovery issues and using computer technology for case-related information management..  Working with third-party programmers and accountants in developing and utilizing computer-based models for calculating damages and proving causation.

Arbitration and Mediation

Serving as arbitrator and mediator as well as representing parties in alternate dispute resolution.
